Digital Gauge Thermatic Fan Switch Kit

Note: This is a Streamline version of part DC0500, containing only the essential components for a professional installation.

A bright, attractive, and compact 52mm high-visibility digital gauge with an LED display, designed for mounting directly in the driver’s compartment. This unit automatically manages your cooling system by triggering fans or an Electric Water Pump (EWP) at your precise set temperature.

The DC0501 provides real-time monitoring and can even detect transmission fluid temperature. It comes with an extra-long 380cm sensor wire and is compatible with 12V and 24V systems (24V requires 2x DC10534 relays).

Professional Installation Guide

NOTE: The kit is standardly set up for air temperature sensor application. For water / coolant applications, please read the options below:

• Option A: Air Temperature (Standard) – Non-invasive fitment. Place the probe into the radiator fin section as close to the hot coolant inlet as possible. Quick DIY install with no fluid draining.
• Option B: Liquid Coolant (Professional) – For direct liquid readings, use kit DC0465 for an OE-style 1/4" NPT port install or kit DC0409 for radiator hose integration.
• Option C: Transmission Fluid – Monitor ATF heat by combining the sensor with the DC0465 adapter and a 1/4" NPT Female Tee fitting into your cooler lines.
