Trailing arm Reinforcement plate for BMW 3 E36

The repair and reinforcement kit for the trailing arm mounts for BMW E36 is the latest product in our series of reinforcements for this model.

This reinforcement has been designed with more demanding users in mind, as well as for more extensive repairs on the E36, which is a popular base for motorsport projects. Our product not only serves to repair the mount but also prevents future damage. It is highly recommended to weld this kit during the construction or repair of the rear suspension to ensure long-lasting durability.

The reinforcements are made from S355 steel with a thickness of 3mm.

THE REINFORCEMENT FEATURES AN EXPANDED ADJUSTMENT RANGE (LARGER BASKET), ALLOWING FOR MORE PRECISE CAMBER ADJUSTMENT. This is especially important for heavily lowered cars or those focused on maximum grip.

DUE TO THE LARGER BASKET DESIGN, A PORTION OF THE BODYWORK MUST BE CUT TO MAKE ROOM FOR IT (see photo).

The kit also includes a TEMPLATE, which should be used before cutting the body. The template should be positioned, and several holes need to be drilled to provide a reference point for correctly welding the new baskets/reinforcements. When the drilled holes align with the holes in the reinforcement, it means that the reinforcement is in the correct position.

The product is made in Poland by qualified professionals. It is laser-cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
